Stakeholder dialog on “Green Public Procurement in construction sector”

Together with industrial partners Holcim and ARUP, a stakeholder dialog on “Green Public Procurement in construction sector” was organised at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Civil Engineering on 5th February 2026. During the dialog 40 representatives of different stakeholders were present, from different Ministries, Chamber of Commerce and Green Building Council to companies responsible for design, supervision, maintenance, demolitions and waste management.

The dialogue provided a platform for exchanging perspectives on green public procurement and its role in advancing sustainability across the construction sector. By bringing together public authorities and industry professionals, the event supported GREENCO’s broader mission of strengthening knowledge transfer between education and industry and accelerating the green transformation of construction.
